My overall experience has been really good. Have felt the normal mark constraints but leadership is reasonable. Can still hit and succeed but more difficult to do so than a few years ago.

Overall, I think arctic wolf is a great org. AEs can do very well and lots of opportunities for growth once you hit AE. I was only an SDR for a shirt time, but their promotion process for SDRs was a bit much. You had to hit quota once to start "discovery day".
