Overall, I think arctic wolf is a great org. AEs can do very well and lots of opportunities for growth once you hit AE. I was only an SDR for a shirt time, but their promotion process for SDRs was a bit much. You had to hit quota once to start "discovery day". That's a course that leads to you doing a pass/fail discovery day test. Once you get past that, you move into pack progression. This takes around 18 months (all while always hitting your numbers). If you pass that, you are now eligible to be promoted. Some people can sit as SDRs for a very very long time.

Good product with good market fit. Economic situations makes selling to IT a challenge right now, but still good opportunity.

My experience at Arctic Wolf was great prior to being laid off in a corporate restructure. The decision came with full coffers (took $400M last year in funding) and a track record of success.
