I was only an SDR for a shirt time, but their promotion process for SDRs was a bit much. You had to hit quota once to start "discovery day". That's a course that leads to you doing a pass/fail discovery day test. Once you get past that, you move into pack progression. This takes around 18 months (all while always hitting your numbers). If you pass that, you are now eligible to be promoted. Some people can sit as SDRs for a very very long time.
