My overall experience has been really good. Have felt the normal mark constraints but leadership is reasonable. Can still hit and succeed but more difficult to do so than a few years ago.

Quota targets are extremely unattainable, making the compensation low. About 10-15% of CSM’s hit quarterly quota. Do not get incentives for saving customer churn

Good folks for the most part but the market fit for Large Enterprise still isn’t there based on the capabilities of the platform. Reputation is also a concern - there’s a ton of existing customer churn due to lack of overall efficacy.
