The market for IRM/GRC is certainly saturated. The product is well known with positive and negative perceptions. The sales cycles are long and new business is certainly feast or famine.

The US workplace culture is toxic due to a manipulative VP who favors certain individuals, resulting in high staff and manager turnover. Sadly, the culture is supported from the top down with senior leadership being fully aware of the impact on the team.
