Only 10% hit quota in Europe in 2023, while the overall team made the number. In other words, quota and commission for individuals is not balanced.

Current Employee4.4Nov 16, 2023Overall experience is FANTASTIC, 100 out of 10. Best culture I’ve experienced. Wake up feeling excited going to work and see my wonderful colleagues. I only rate incentive structure at 3/5 because I came from a sales background. SDR or AE will have a better money incentive plan than SE - this is expected.
