My overall experience was negative. Applied sells commodity products that are only bought when on-contract with a health system. The only novel products they have are niche and not popular with surgeons. I was there for 5 years and observed a toxic culture across various sales teams. Senior leadership consistently promotes the wrong people into Regional Sales Manager roles and at best turn a blind eye to inappropriate sales tactics and at-worse condone them.

Fantastic company to work for with work life balance and great people around you. As an engineering company there are lots of checks and balances and burocracy. Training is top notch, they care for you. Comp is low but they invest in you in many other ways.
