Company moves to slow in highly competitive market. AppDynamics is treated like ugly step sister at Cisco. Good comp but no one is hitting numbers

AppDynamics is a tough product to sell. The sales process is long, and prospects must do a lot of legwork. However, the wins are big and sweet. There have been some growing pains as AppD has entered Cisco's fold, but some great things have also come from that.

Leadership is a revolving door of former Cisco management who has never sold software in their career. Integration into Cisco is only in management and forecasting.
