My overall experience has been positive. Very good company with a strong company culture. Have very very aggressive sales quotas, hitting 100% automatically qualifies you for Presidents Club, meaning if you hit 60-70% to quota, you actually hit the goal, just not the stretch quota and compensation is based on percentage to quota retirement which can be very challenging. The future is bright for AppDirect in the market. Leadership is very involved in all aspects of the business with a big focus on top line revenue.
