Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Probably one of the worst mistakes in my career. The technology is interesting and I could see it taking off in the distant future. The problem is, companies have to make massive changes and move away from rest API in order to see the full value of the platform. At the level, this takes, 2+ years and aligning a lot of resources and then the organization. With so much uncertainty and layoffs, executives would rather allocate budget towards other things that provide immediate value. They hire quite a bit and hardly anyone made money. The last two years, they also fired and laid off tons of people and then ended up hiring more when there werent opportunities to be had. Very few ICPs.
