Anaplan was a great place to work, unfortunately since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo, the new leadership team has little to know awareness around the market opportunity or the culture of the company

TB has tightened everything. The expectation is to perform and earn more commission but will not give a salary increase

AE's are required to do tasks outside of their role which limits them from focusing on actually selling. Training is hit or miss but takes up a large amount of time. Leadership polices AE activities without partnering with them to help them succeed.
