My overall experience was great. Culture is a bit toxic and leadership is great on the top and poor at line management level. But grateful to have been allowed to support Amplitude in their growth.

My overall experience is that they hire great quality of people that creates a cohesive and supportive culture, in which people want to help and support you. Enablement really is top quality, focusing on what matters today - understanding the personas and the value of the platform it brings to businesses.

Disorganized, bad leadership. Senior leadership was replaced by MSFT leaders who are clueless about how to operate a start-up.
