My overall experience declined over time. The business model changed and with it the culture declined. The stack is well positioned on the market and the growth potential and development ops while great, taper dramatically after 2-3 years

Big tech compensation model which is salary and RSU heavy. Most reps are landing close to or over achieving quota. Most roles will have runway book of business and variable pays on consumption.
