Overall experience has been incredible at AWS. Unless a customer decides to leave, you can coast and hit a good % of your OTE. Work/life balance is important there. Since I started in 2020, culture has changed for the worse and the org feels bloated. We keep rinsing and repeating the same motions, with no innovation. Above market comp and RSU awards and good work/life balance if you learn how to delegate to help scale. Heavy admin work, lots of writing (some helpful, most CYA). Sales leadership typically attracts (and rewards) data-driven operators with below average EQ and sales team culture is a distant priority over individual performance.
