Great learning experience with some of the smartest people I have ever met. The OTE needs to be higher for the L5 role. You make your Comp increases by leveling up, not necessarily the title of the role.

Most sales team members and leaders under Matt Garman say the feel they are in prison hoping to be freed one day. VPs at Amazon are referred to with colorful language for how rude they are. The common phrase used in the company is “any day I don’t get yelled at is a good day”. Culture sucks, avoid at all costs.

Poor culture, great pay. You will be worked to the bone and work/life balance is non-existent but those quarterly commission checks will keep you coming back.
