wasnt good, corporate culture is horrrible and the interview process is horrible too

AWS did not give base increases to L6s and above this year. Additionally, I know multiple people whose OTE is lower for next than it is for this year, with no reason provided for the drop. I'm a PDM, so my compensation is base + RSUs, with no way to over achieve.
