Management has chosen to lower the bar for new hires. Those same managers are hiring at a lower bar and a higher level than existing reps.. The bar lowering hiring strategy has created a sales organization where five years ago everyone you worked with was extremely sharp, to 2023 where new hires wouldn’t be qualified had we interviewed them in 2018.

Overall, quota attainment has been fairly high on the team however targets for 2024 grew between 130% to 250% for some teams despite no changes to enable additional attainment and new applicants should be extremely wary looking at historical attainment here.

It was a good experience working there, however, the employee tracking was a little too invasive and it's a very number-focused company (as would be expected).
