My overall experience was very positive. Great organization to work for however I feel from the product side they appeal to the builder mindset rather than the buyer mindset.

A machine that could work well if everyone wasn't pressured to innovate, which turns into way too many things cooking and nothing being perfected which shows in the market. Managers are predators once moved into mgr role - used to be collaborative environment is now an arena for sparring for favor and avoiding being pipped.
