The AWS WWSO sales organization is very well run and there are a lot great first line managers. AWS is weak however in the Commercial Sales and Specialist Organization training for executive & business value focused engagements.

Pretty mismanaged overall, moving targets, and little communication on changes within the org. Direct manager was solid, but too many decisions being made at higher levels affecting day to day and customer programs to keep up with leading to a lot of negative outcomes.
