Pros: Product is best in business, provides opportunity to be very consultative, and opportunity to earn a lot + stock. Cons: Expect constant organizational shifts, manager changes, your goals to change mid-year, lack of development and training, and to be siloed from team/management.

Great experience, no end-of-quarter/year pressure compared to companies selling licenses, solution sells quite easily especially with "engaged", Quotas are generally achievable (between +20% and 30% growth required), with even the worst sales achieving 85%. There's a strong company culture that's ingrained at all levels.
