This year AWS did not award any salary increases. Also they halved compensation payments on some committed contracts, and removed other commission payments. Net pay for many will drop significantly in 2024 vs 2023.

Starting 2023, revenue based plans saw a penalty for not hitting quota with a reduced pay scale from 0-80%. For managers, they’re sucking the life out of SPIF payments. Get out
