No commission and earnings are heavily tied to when you join the company due to 50% of your base tied to stock price.

Very "cliquey". Senior leadership (I.e. at the country manager level) is not dictating the right KPI's and creating too many goals for sales reps to adhere to. Since there are no commissions, sales are expected to meet unrealistic meeting goals.

My overall experience was 4/5, there's so much going on Amazon and leadership sometimes changes very quickly within a certain department leaving it hard to establish a relationship / get the training you need. Would highly recommend to those that take personal initiative to be succesful.
