Leadership changes constantly. Product development is slow. Customers love the product. Difficulties to hit quota. Not a good career development.

My overall experience was good, people are wonderful. Solution can be viewed as nice to have or not mission critical making it difficult to sell in this economy unless you have built up strong relationships over time.

Pretty happy but things are changing quite a bit in terms of profitable growth which has less to some short termist way of thinking when it comes to closing deals in quarter vs bigger deal next.

My experience prior to 2021 was fantastic. As soon as Mark Anderson took over, the culture went out the door with the 50% of the sales org that left with it. It literally felt like the entire place changed overnight, and from the looks of the stock, it doesn’t look like it’s gotten any better.
