Working at Alteryx has been a deeply disappointing experience marred by poor leadership and a pervasive lack of direction. The decision-making process is excruciatingly slow, often leaving employees in a perpetual state of uncertainty and stagnation. Leadership consistently fails to provide clear guidance or timely resolutions, which severely hampers productivity and morale.
Moreover, there is a troubling trend of rewarding poor and unethical behavior. Those who engage in dubious practices or exhibit unprofessional conduct often seem to advance, while hardworking and ethical employees receive little to no recognition. This toxic environment not only undermines team cohesion but also erodes trust in the company's values and future. Overall, the combination of ineffective leadership, sluggish decision-making, and the endorsement of unethical behavior makes Alteryx a challenging and disheartening place to work.
