This role was challenging at first learning all the ins and outs of insurance. It’s a great building block for knowledge advancing your career and other avenues. It teaches you many qualities, such as sales, persistency organization, follow up ability

My overall experience was ok. The inbound leads they give are mostly garbage. Some leaders were very good others were not. A focus on sales training was always there.
