My overall experience was ok. The inbound leads they give are mostly garbage. Some leaders were very good others were not. A focus on sales training was always there.

Recently started. If you are looking for entry way into Property & Casualty insurance it is a good start. they have a pension and 401k with match up to 3%. tuition reimbursement through Guild up to $5,250 per year.
