This company is a sinking ship. The leadership does not allow this product, team, GTM to scale as everything is very bespoke and hands on.

Pro's: The product provides some value to Mid- market organisations. Cons: No direction from leadership. The culture isn't good due to the amount of employee churn over the last 9 months. With the sales function being 100% changed over that time. Every quarter is worse than the last for sales.

It was a good place to be however not got solid direction due to so much change and constant power struggles at the top with companies merging and being owned by PE as well. There is decent potential if they can sort it all out but my future is best elsewhere to grow and develop.
