Pro's: The product provides some value to Mid- market organisations. Cons: No direction from leadership. The culture isn't good due to the amount of employee churn over the last 9 months. With the sales function being 100% changed over that time. Every quarter is worse than the last for sales.

Sinking ship. Micromanaging leadership (CEO calling out sales team on ONE WEEK's of lower pipeline numbers). Little competitive differentiation.
