Algolia's MM/Commercial Org has shifted a lot in the last few years, it has moved slightly down market in deal size and complexity, but leadflow is strong, win rate is better than not, and comp plan is very fair. The strengths are in the accountability of the leadership, the willingness to change things based on feedback. Current weakness is a confusing and expensive pricing model, tough path to promotion to enterprise, and increasing competition in the space.
