Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Watch out: This is a 'boys club'. Leadership love to stroke each other's egos and want you to kiss that @$$ as much as possible. They will also torpedo your deals behind your back if you are not careful.
Leadership frequently course corrects and expects everyone to get on board (or GTFO). No respect for your PTO (expect to be punished with passive aggressive behavior / micromanagement when returning from leave).
The sales team is primarily white men, with some females (although executive leadership does have women). No people of color or diversity of any kind. Really disappointing and shows what an echo chamber this is.
There are lots of interested customers, but be prepared to go through miserably long deal cycles while management does their best to derail your confidence in selling and infuse general negativity into your overall process.
Zero enablement on the product. You are expected to just figure it out.
There are way better companies out there. Would steer clear of this one. That said, if you are lucky (and some people are), you might land a massive six figure deal your first few weeks on the job...
