Current Employee3.7Feb 11, 2024There are parts of the company that are humming. If you are on the West Coast it’s much better than the East, especially the NE which is an absolute mess. Both tenured and highly performing reps as well as newer reps are leaving, and mgmt is old school but may change as turnover is high.

Current Employee2.9Oct 30, 2024It was much better when I started. A lot of transitions and leadership shifts have made it challenging. Quotas do align to new lowered average deal price, which has significantly reduced based on a much more competitive marketplace.
