There are parts of the company that are humming. If you are on the West Coast it’s much better than the East, especially the NE which is an absolute mess. Both tenured and highly performing reps as well as newer reps are leaving, and mgmt is old school but may change as turnover is high.

Great compensation, and decent leadership. It's a tough market right now but overall we're doing very well against competition.
