Shocking experience - turnover is so high for a small team in this region. All numbers driven - if you want to be whipped everyday take a sales job here

There are parts of the company that are humming. If you are on the West Coast it’s much better than the East, especially the NE which is an absolute mess. Both tenured and highly performing reps as well as newer reps are leaving, and mgmt is old school but may change as turnover is high.
