I was with Aisera for a number of years helping bring the product to market and build the GTM motion and teams. Very exceptional solution set, really the most innovative company I've worked for or with in 25 years. Extremely fast-paced and intense environment. You will learn a ton there, and work very hard. And in return, you will have some fun. Not a lifestyle company in any way - this is all hands on deck taking advantage of the market opportunity. Which I think is the most impactful and valued SaaS space today in my opinion. Exciting every day at Aisera, fully commit, and you can have a great impact.

High employee attrition. Leadership pits teams against each other. No work life balance which stems from toxic culture.

Very toxic culture. CEO is involved in every deal. AE’s are allowed to progress the deal to a certain stage then GTM takes over to “close” the deal with Sales VP. AE does not stay engaged in deal. New CRO is cleaning house and bringing in his own crew Hopefully he’ll be able to impact change. No one has been able to yet it’s a revolving door
