Terrible senior sales leadership with no background in selling themselves. Vastly inflated targets with a 70% cliff mean the vast majority of team are not earning any commission for consecutive quarters. Proceed with upmost caution.

Overall, a team full of very smart, capable reps. Average initial deal size was very small (this was accepted in order to onboard and sell future products to customers), and very few hit targets. Many people unhappy with management and frequent shifts in strategy/focus.

Pretty average - great product in the Aus market. Low level leadership is constantly changing and exec level are too distanced and oblivious to what is going on.
