Current Employee Pros:
Global company that is constantly expanding with great culture and attentive management. Super-professional people. Aiming at a 2026 IPO.
Compensation is very competitive, I almost doubled my TC from my last company. Sales targets are reasonable and gradual.
Hybrid model.
No micromanagement.
Internal mobility.
Transparent hiring proccess throughout and an overall good experience.
Cons:
Not many perks. It seems like company's strategy is to attract talent with very high pay but saves on office luxuries and perks (personally I'm all for this trade-off).
70% cliff for compensation which is steep (although managable). Commision is mostly capped.
Not a lot of sales training, short onboarding. You are expected to seek for most information yourself and be very proactive.
In conclusion - Will 100% reccomend, but not for your first sales job. Browse Other Reviews
