Good culture, pretty bad comp plan in the sense that the product frequently breaks and there is no ramp curve. Our CRO is across the world and has no business running a sales team

Overall, a team full of very smart, capable reps. Average initial deal size was very small (this was accepted in order to onboard and sell future products to customers), and very few hit targets. Many people unhappy with management and frequent shifts in strategy/focus.

Pretty average - great product in the Aus market. Low level leadership is constantly changing and exec level are too distanced and oblivious to what is going on.
