Great company to work for with a large amount of leads coming in. It is highly achievable to hit your OTE so despite smaller package, it is realistic! Commissions have a cliff to hit but knowing everything I would highly recommend people to join. It is quite transactional based on the role which keeps it exciting and entertaining. Currently a lot of development on the product which is great to see.

The first few years working at Aircall were incredible -- we had strong leadership, focus, and were paid fairly. Within the past 2 years, the company has completely fell off. They cannot hold a sales leader and there's absolutely no focus/direction from above.
