Average. This is not a modern day software sales organizations. Leadership is living in the early 00s and does not enable or empower their Salesforce despite the product market fit being very competitive in the MM and ENT spaces.

Great culture to work for. As the company has somewhat recently pivoted to focus solely on CLM, there is a start-up atmosphere. Along with this comes growing pains at times.
