Great learning experience overall for an entry level SDR/BDR/BDA role. However, I've seen promotion paths to AE blocked even for top performing individuals. Company would rather hire external AEs than promote from within, so you can get stuck in the role for 2 or more years. Also, saturated market for BNPL and sales targets get more and more difficult to hit. End up doing more work for less money, and the base pay + OTE already lower than industry average.

My experience was alright. They advertise uncapped earnings but very few reps hit target. I hit target but realized the company wasn't for me.

Loved the people, toxic environment. Everyone is constantly throwing each other under the bus and quota becomes more and more impossible. everyone is underpaid.
