My experience at Affinipay was really good. It's a great company to work for. A lot of the dust has settled after they acquired MyCase. Only problem is our inbound leads aren't as strong as they used to be, but it looks like that has been acknowledged and will change soon.

Company shift is towards outbound deals as there has been a lack of inbound leads. Expect to cold call clients weekly. Not for anyone is does not want to outbound prospects.
