Back to ReviewsFormer Employee AdRoll was a good place to learn and grow. The best things about the job and the role was the people. They give you a lot of freedom to be your own boss and make your own book of business. The downside is there is little support and a lot of turnover. Similarly, it was hard to hit quota quarter over quarter. For my 2 and a half years, I hit quota about 75% of the time.
