I loved my time at Act-On, especially prior to the wide expansion. Great company and product that I still advocate, however, they seem a little stuck due to unique identifiers and seem to be retrying the same methods as opposed to new strategy.

The overall company culture was really great for awhile before the economy started to take a hit and Saas companies were doing layoffs. Then it seemed like the morale was just extremely low and we were very very metric driven.
