My overall experience was volatile and unpredictable. Like many of these situations, the people on the ground are good people doing their best. People investing the money have a lot to answer for. Amazing that some of them are still employed.

Good culture with some great leaders. There’s still a gap in the readiness of the product and where Acoustic will find its drive. There is promise with the new product but an ongoing process.

still hanging on to the IBM legacy. Technology in such a competitive space, but no major differentiators. Not a single new business sale in my entire tenure there.

Disorganized, selling is "flavor of the month" esque based what strategy leadership decides to go with. Leadership doesn't know what the market wants.
