The base pay and commissions for a seasoned sales rep at Abrigo is far below what their competitors pay. Such a low sales salary used to cut it when better commissions helped make up for that, but sadly that is no longer the case in 2024 and commissions have been cut in half even for the best sales people, which are on the new business side. Almost every rep is quitting because of this and they do nothing. The place is imploding due to poor upper management.

Enjoyed the company culture and working in the office. Also felt the company was continuously working to improve and add products to expand the offering to banks. If you are in the right group and have a good territory this is a great spot to be.

Abrigo was a real meat grinder. When I first started, one of the people on my team got a bad review at a Quarterly Business Review conducted by all the sales managers in the company and his boss stopped talking to him and wouldn't return his calls until the boss terminated the guy. The same manager did the same thing to me.
