Good company. Have not released a decent product in 3 years so it's getting hard to sell with added reps, higher quotas and shrinking territories. R&D does not listen to customer feedback, so the product is misaligned with what is actually needed in the marketplace. Product works really well though

Hiring is killing attainment for sales reps. Split patches, higher quota. 5% overachieving 10% hitting quota, 80% of reps below 50% The attrition is starting to kick in. Most who hit Presidents 3-4 year vets who have best accounts best patches.

Abnormal as a product is great. However, leadership undervalues the new and legacy competition. Leadership feels very drink the kool aid and hiring practices are odd. Territories have run dry without legitimate basic marketing support and were threatened to lose accounts if we don’t touch every single one.
