Technology is awesome. If you have relationships at a large enterprise organization where you can immediately jump in and sell this AI technology as a lone wolf you can be successful and get CEO/leadership movement to get any large deal done. Customer experience after will be top notch too. Product will bend to whatever your client needs. Otherwise, I would not recommend anyone attempt to sell new logos here. The environment is not conducive to a team culture, development, or winning together. There are a lot of executive egos to manage. When I was there 2 of 10 reps met quota. 3 of 10 reps closed anything (including paid POCs).

The negative comments on Glassdoor are all correct. Constant layoffs, bad culture, poor business decisions are made constantly. The problem goes all the way to the very top. Extremely toxic environment.

The underlying AI technology was really strong but ahead of the market at the time. The market is now ready for the capability with the rise in popularity of Generative AI and will be more receptive.
