Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Overall experience was good, however the services provided from ALKU offer limited competitive advantage in the commercial government contracting space that I worked in, making it harder to sell. Also there was no inbound lead flow unless you were the top 1 or 2 reps in the branch, and you were expected to reach an OTE of roughly 100k total comp in your first year, otherwise you would typically quit or be fired. The training and development was terrific, however we were selling in a more niche industry that few truly understood at the branch, which held back the government branch quite a bit. The company did (maybe still does) only promote internally which is a huge plus however.
