My overall experience with ADT, was very middle of the road. My coworkers were great, and i did have a lot of freedom with the role, which can be a blessing and a curse. I did not have to go into an office, but with that came a lot of driving (about 4000 miles a month.) The money can be good at times, but the hours can be long. It is a good company to join in order to get some sales experience, and I am thankful for the experience I have gained with the company, but it may not be sustainable in the long term.

For being relatively new to the sales industry I found it hard to strike a strong start here as most of your business will be from referrals. The pay is also 100% commission and the average deal size is very small so I had difficulty with making enough sales to support myself and their really wasn't any hands on training besides shadowing 3 appointments.
