My overall experience in this role was positive until the new leadership team took over. A team that had strong quota attainment, outstanding culture, strong customer relationships, and a robust incentive plan was dismantled within 90 days. Communication from senior and executive leadership went silent and overnight a quarterly bonus structure was changed to an annual bonus, with only 30 days notice. While ADT is doing its best to refresh its brand as a tech company with its Google partnership, the top-down, micromanagement culture will prevent it from any meaningful, organic growth in the future. If they are not acquired fully by Google, expect another firm to take them private for their cash flow because growth will only come from acquisitions when money is cheap again.

The earning potential is there BUT constant changes within the organization and how slow moving it is can/will cost reps money.

For being relatively new to the sales industry I found it hard to strike a strong start here as most of your business will be from referrals.
