I was excited for the role, however besides the basic training, I did not receive additional support. Now, you're supposed to figure out sometimes on your own, but there was no leadership too. At the end, I got it more but I couldn't see myself there for long.

Current Employee3.0Oct 3, 2023Lots of repetition and lots of meetings. Every day starts the same 8 AM meeting going over the same stuff usually. Constant role-plays, constant team, Diles, there’s really a lack of trust but it’s great if you don’t know what you’re doing..
